Hi. I’m Jennifer Fazio, hygienist at Dr. Whitsitt’s office. I love what I do and I’ll make sure you have a pleasant experience when you visit with me.
In addition to receiving a thorough cleaning, I’ll give you a free screening for signs of oral cancer. The technology we use in our office allows us to detect early signs of cancer long before we can see anything with the human eye. It's just another value-added service we provide our patients.

Oral cancer screening:
Jennifer will take a thorough examination of your mouth, gums and tongue. She'll also check your face, neck, lips, throat, tissues and gums for any signs of oral cancer.
Gum disease evaluation
Jennifer will carefully examine your the gums and bone around your teeth. She will look for any signs of periodontal disease.
Examination of tooth decay
Jennifer will rely on her 43 years of dental hygiene experience to examine your tooth surfaces. She uses state-of-the-art technology to check for early signs of tooth decay.
